We suggest you rent our house and its 2 independent studios for your stay in Marseille. It is a contemporary house that we imagined with an architect, it is located at the entrance of a closed housing estate in the village of Mazargues. This is our main home that we live in with our son, we love it and hope you will too! The house makes up the main building of the complete construction, which totals 3 accommodations (the house and 2 studios whose entrances are independent and which have no view of the house). It represents approximately 140 m2 spread over 2 levels: On the ground floor, a master suite with bathroom, an open-plan kitchen which opens onto a lounge area and a dining room, this space is completed by a laundry room with patio and a toilet. The living room gives access through a large bay window to the terrace divided into 3 areas: swimming pool, outdoor lounge and dining area. Upstairs, you will find an office and chill space, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. Quiet and close to shops, the villa is ideal to be occupied by 6 people. It is equipped with air conditioning and all modern comforts (dedicated work space, wifi, large screen with video projector, swimming pool). The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and provides access to the barbecue through its bay window. You are 10 minutes by bus from the velodrome stadium which is also easily accessible on foot or by bike/scooter, it's straight ahead! Leaving the subdivision you can go to the bakery and the heart of the village where there are other food shops and charming little shops :) To make sweet dreams: 2 beds 180x200 cm and a bed 140x200 cm are at your disposal. To make yourself beautiful: the bathroom in the master suite is equipped with a walk-in shower and 2 basins, the one upstairs is equipped with a bathtub and a basin. At each level there are toilets ;) To eat: the kitchen is equipped with 4-burner hotplates, a convection oven, an American fridge and a dishwasher, not to mention the gas barbecue to make the merguez sausages and other sausages sing! For entertainment: the chill area with a large catamaran net suspended above the living room (to pretend to be spiderman and overcome your fear of vertigo!) a sofa with television and games console, we also provide you with board games. The terrace with the 6x3 m swimming pool (which can be heated) and the garden furniture to enjoy the end of the day around an aperitif. A vehicle can park inside the property, if there are others, parking is possible in front along the sidewalk. The 2 studios are each equipped with a 140x200 cm bed in a mezzanine area and a convertible sofa. The terraces can be joined together to create a single convivial space.
