Overall experience was very good, host was very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, solid and a lot to do in a couple of minutes from apartment. A lot of Embassies are there, making the place even more prestigious. We have experienced some difficulties in next apt neighbors, they were so noisy, but our host helped to solve this issue too. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Cons: This was the first time I stayed in a place run by a "company", and there was some confusion in communication and resistance for even slightest requests (e.g. extra toilet paper). We were told we could leave our luggage earlier, but we had to wait for a long time before they told us how to enter the building. There are no instructions in the house, such as house rules, how to use dishwasher, washing machine, nearby supermarkets and restaurants, etc. There were not enough cookware and toilet paper for a week, and the dishes etc. were bare minimum (exactly 6 of everything). Small kitchen extras are needed. There is only one mirror in the house. The walls are EXTREMELY thin (difficult to say if a sound is coming from inside or outside!). For a 4-bedroom, one toilet is not enough. Pros: the house was really clean and modern. It is in a very clean and safe neighborhood. It is a bit hilly, but you can walk to supermarkets, and Atakule. Modern TV. Better for a 2-3 day stay vs. a week.
