A lovely house had everything we needed - parking space was a bonus Broadstairs is a great town and you can park your car at the property and walk everywhere Fab beaches and good restaurants We will definitely come back

Just back from a lovely break at Broadstairs staying at this lovely house. Accommodation worked brilliantly for us all (3 generations and a little dog). Very homely and decorated lovely. Fantastic location, walking distance to the high street and seafront. We didn’t need to move our car all week - we could walk everywhere. Lucy’s communication was excellent and the welcome pack received beforehand was really useful.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully situated in Broadstairs with superb access to the town. The house was quiet, comfortable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a great stay - the property was perfect for our group of 6…… plenty of room and comfortable beds and sofas. It was beautifully decorated and clearly time and thought had gone into the accessories in every room. No complaints at all Would definitely stay again.

Lucy's place is just great. The location is perfect for both the restaurants and shops in Broadstairs and the beach (all just a few minutes walk away). But also it is in a very quiet road so lovely and peaceful. The accommodation itself was great with super comfy beds, great lounge for chilling in and all the equipment you could need in the kitchen. It was also great to have a parking space as they are not common in the centre of Broadstairs. I would definitely go back to Lucy's place again and would recommend it to others too.
