Our management team, integral to our development team, collaborates to create homes that were build to suit and exceed our guests' expectations. This home features 4 luxury bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All of the homes that we have listed are newly built custom homes that have been crafted an amazing getaway in Naples. Here are a few amenities that this home has: -Full length Heated Pool and Spa (controlled by the guests) with privacy hedging and fully fenced backyard -We are blocks away from Vanderbilt Beach (walking - 20 min, bike ride - 7 min, car ride - 1/2 min) -Full Outdoor Kitchen (Gas BBQ, 8 person Outdoor Dining, Refrigerator, Grill Hood) -Ultimate Outdoor Living Space (Outdoor Living room, fireplace, motorized screens so you can enjoy the outdoor space completely bug free, TVs) all with privacy fencing and privacy hedging -Sonos Sound System -Comfortable / Luxurious furniture throughout the home -Kitchen has marquee stainless steel appliances that has everything you need to host a dinner party for up to 12 guests -Coffee Station: Keurig K Cup, Fully equipped with pods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, tea as well as potted coffees for fresh ground brews -Small appliances: Toaster, Air fryer, Blenders, and more…. -Bar: Fully equipped bar with wine cooler, wine glasses, ice bucket with tongs, and martini mixing tools -Oversized Master bedroom -Most of our rooms have single chairs for private relaxation and reading -Beach Ready: Our homes include Bikes with locks for adults and kids, Coolers, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and more -Games: We include all types of board games as well as arcade games in the garage such as ping pong, air hockey, and pool. -Home includes both washer and dryer and an iron/steamer -We have very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bed sheets. The home was plenty big for the 6 of us that stayed there. Beautiful, brand new home and finishes throughout. The back patio, TV, BBQ grill and pool was as good as it gets. Location is A++ directly across the street from Mercato (Whole Foods, restaurants, bars). Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 so enjoyed this home for spring break. Easy to bike to the beach, or a 3 minute drive. Closest Vanderbilt Beach has public restrooms and a parking deck too. Tons of restaurant and shopping options. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and was just as pictured. Comfortable beds, great bikes, fun garage games, and the pool area is lovely! Hosts had our pool heated and ready for us, upon request. Upon arrival, we needed more linens and host accommodated very quickly. Home was quiet with no issues in the neighborhood. Left grateful and rested!

The house itself was beautiful. Very big and spacious. Fit our 12 people nicely. Great location. Walking distance to Mercato and the restaurants/bars over there. We had a couple issues while there (outdoor games were broken when we arrived, not enough bath towels, no trash bags, propane tanks for the grill were empty), but the host was very responsive and accommodating. They brought replacements to the house which was nice, just wish those things would’ve been there when we arrived like they were advertised. But overall, it was a great stay.
