Perfect location for us, close to family. Decent value; large and uncluttered. Minor broken/missing items (shower door, dining table chairs, sliding glass door latch, no spoons). Carpet upstairs could use cleaning.

Though we didn't get to meet Richard in person he was more than helpful and responsive. So it never felt the answer was up in the air waiting on his response. He was able to accommodate us last minute and we appreciate that he was helpful and patient with us. overall it's a good stay, the master bedroom has a beautiful new of the desert and at sunset is nice. The place was clean and felt really comfortable there.

It was a great stay at Richard's place. We were there for a wedding and we were able to do early check-in. The place was very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Highly recommend!
