We had a wonderful stay at Frankel's apartment! He was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the city center. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby, which was convenient. The heating system was efficient and warmed the apartment quickly for the colder days. The apartment itself was just as depicted in the photos, modern and very clean. However, it lacked some kitchen gadgets like spatulas and ladles, which made cooking a bit challenging, but we managed with what was available. Despite that, we were very content with our stay, and the price was certainly worth the quality. Overall, a great experience!
Frankel's apartment is spacious and well equipped. Although the area around the apartment isn't particularly interesting, it's only a few minutes walk from the metro station, from where you can get into the centre of Vienna in 10 minutes. It's also only about 10 minutes walk from the apartment to the main train station. There are a couple of small supermarkets across the road, and a few places to eat nearby. As mentioned in the listing there is major building work going on in the next apartment block, so we did hear noise every morning from about 7am but it's fairly muffled and sporadic, so didn't really bother us. Would definitely recommend staying here.
