Pico de Loro is the closest world-class beach resort to Manila, accessible via Cavitex passing thru Kaybiang Tunnel or SLEX/Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway. Enjoy its beautiful beaches and clear waters with plenty of indoor & outdoor activities i.e., jet ski, banana boat, bowling, billiards, etc. to keep you occupied throughout your stay. We are happy to welcome you to our newly renovated, nature-inspired condo unit located at the 2nd floor of Carola Building "B" with private balcony facing the green mountain scenery. The Casa Oasis unit is fully furnished with essential amenities for your pleasant and comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction stove, rice cooker, microwave, water dispenser, water kettle, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and more. For your restful sleep, there's a queen size bed and day bed with pull out underneath. Additional floor mattress is also available on request. Cable TV (Cignal) and WIFI (Smart/Globe) is available but please note that internet speed is not consistent and affected by the number of guests in the resort. In case the WIFI signal inside the unit is not available, FREE WIFI is available at the Country Club and at Pico Sands hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Cesar's. The place was so clean, you could eat off the floor. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was of a good size for 2 people. We liked the fact that he provided pots, pans etc. They were also in good condition as I am quite picky about the materials cooking utensils are made of. Towels and toiletries were also provided. The nicest part about the stay was the fact that Cesar was in active communication with us whenever we needed to reach him. The caretaker who cleaned the room was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend the place to whoever likes a short holiday in a beach resort in Pico de Loro, Batangas.
Our cozy Airbnb made our 3-night Pico De Loro stay unforgettable! Perfect for families, the comfy beds (including sofa!) ensured everyone slept soundly. The true highlight was the incredible hospitality - both host & caretaker went above & beyond! We highly recommend this gem. Pico De Loro itself: Friendly staff, but limited dining options (pricey at Pico Sands & Lagoa). Luckily, the Airbnb's kitchen was perfect for basic meals (we brought groceries!) during peak season. Parking was limited, so aim for early arrival (we moved our car the next morning). While WiFi could be improved, our portable router (Smart SIM) gave decent (though unstable) 15mbps speeds. Free shuttle's a bonus, but everything's walkable. Enjoyable stroll & lagoon views make the walk fly by! Cesar's place offered luxury for less compared to the front hotel, making our Pico De Loro trip truly special. Thank you, Cesar!

I must say it's clean, spacious, and fully equipped from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The bed is large and comfy, and the room smells nice. However, there are occasional signal issues, especially with Smart, but Globe works fine. Despite this, we still had a great time enjoying the pool and beach. Overall, the unit is superb.
