缺点： 1.图文不符，照片里显示点沙发，床 都不一样。 2.电视机开不到。 3.除了主卧的厕所没有异味，其它2间厕所都散发出阵阵的下水道异味，而且水会有点留不下 ，阻塞了。 4.主卧厕所的洗脸盆 冷水小的可怜。 5.我们到的时候其中一个进carpark的access 卡没有，而且其中一个停车位被其它车辆停放了，但是屋主很好，有马上解决问题. 6.不是每一个电梯都可以去到停车场等楼层。 7.电梯关门的速度超快。 8.kettle超级无敌肮脏，像是有人用来煮泡面，还加了蛋，没有清洗干净，超级噁心！！！ 9.有餐具但没有碗盘… 优点： 1.地理位置很好 2.屋主解决问题很快速.👍🏻 3.床舒服 4.保安很好 5.lobby有面包店，早餐店，晚上有餐厅.

I stay at the apartment for two nights. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Amble bathroom for family stay as don’t have to fight for bathroom used. Did not have amble time this round to enjoyed the stay. If there is chance would love to come back again to check out the facilities.

It was really a bad experience, before booking i contacted momo asking about the exact no. Of beds and their sizes, he told me there is 3 rooms (1 king size bed, and 2 queen beds), and based on that info i completed the booking When i arrived their i was shocked by the fact that he gave me a totally different unit than what i saw in the photo, old apartment with 3 rooms with 3 queen beds. The apartment looks very old even the curtain are torn, it doesn’t worth even 10% of what i paid for. It was really different unit nothing looks like the photo and far away from what he described as “luxury apartment” I had difficult time trying to reach him so i had to reach out to bnb administration, after 2 hours he responded to me telling me that the unit in the photo is booked till next week and this is the only one available! I had to cancel my booking and i found somewhere else to stay This looks like scam by putting photo and provide something else with far less quality than expected

The accommodation was spacious and clean. A bit disappointed that they don’t have pots and pans. Overall, the location is very strategic and close to the city centre.

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants, changkat, KLCC and pavilion. Comfortable bedding and clean apartment. However, the value equation does not stack up for the following reasons: The wifi has been unreliable and unstable throughout the stay. The host’s solution for us to get a SIM card and hotspot was not viable for a group who was working across different time zones. They did reset the wifi, but it’s been spotty and even completely failed on our last night. Additionally there’s insufficient cups and kitchen utensils, quality of the furnishing is not even close to IKEA standards- and more akin to student rental quality. At the apartment entrance, there’s a warning notice (stuck on the main door) from the land office/ state council for a significant amount of unpaid taxes which was quite unsettling
