Want to experience a quit and calming environment, wake up to birds singing and step out of the house to find yourself in nature? Then this is the right space for you. Our place is close to the forest, fields and a huge lake. You will be living in a rustic stone house my ancestors have built with their own hands. It is warm, homey, surrounded by a garden and perfect to relax and unwind. We are very guest-friendly and happy to have you!

The apartment is situated in a small but lovely mountain village. The rooms was very clean and super super comfortable. It also has a stove which you can use which adds to the atmosphere. Overall it's a very very beautiful place to stay and I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area!
It is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful village. The hosts are incredible and very generous, and when I had to go to the health clinic several times, they drove me into Tomislavgrad (30 minutes way) each time without a second thought.

I really enjoyed my stay, it’s very peaceful, beautiful nature, good air, the place has everything you need, the bed was comfortable, and both hosts were very nice. Two things to keep in mind about driving and navigating here: - Goo.gle Maps would always try to lead me along some bad gravel roads. When I switched to Apple Maps it navigated only on decent asphalt roads. - however when I wanted to drive to Split Apple Maps would send me to a small regional border crossing. They will only let locals pass so I had to return. I could cross normally at Prisika and Kamensko (and if I remember correctly the problem crossing was near Mala Vinica). Here Goo.gle Maps was better and sent me only to good border crossings.

This is a village so you will be meeting some neighbours. They are very friendly and welcoming people and most of them speak german additional to croatian.
There are a few activities in or surrounding the village: some lakes and waterfalls to visit, hiking routes, also quad-renting and horse riding. Just ask the host.
There is a dedicated parking space and a car or bike is absolutely necessary, because public transport is unreliable. A huge lake is 25 minutes away by car and you can get to the beach in Croatia in 1,5 hours. If you want to go horse riding, there is a venue 20 minutes away by car.
Market and some local pubs are within walking distance.
You can use our mediocre but working bicycles to explore the surroundings.
We also provide pickup from Tomislavgrad or Split against a fee if you intend to stay a week or more.

born in Hercegovina, raised in Berlin and Split, after successfully graduating from tourism/economics school I have finally settled in my home-village. I enjoy playing with my nephew, organic foods, and hosting people from all over the world here in Rosko Polje.
