I live and work in Truro and staying at the Boathouse gave me the opportunity to relax and remember everything I love about Cornwall. So much so that as soon as I got home I have rebooked for a week next year. My first day ever holiday away on my own and I felt completely safe. One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed and can’t wait for next year to return again. Thank you for letting out such a unique and beautiful home❤️

Lovely place with a fantastic view/ location. Small kitchen and comfy living room, and very warm bathroom. One issue for us, hence 4 stars, was the bed. It’s tucked in, which you can see on photos, but I’m only 5ft 11 and my toes stuck out the end and made for poor sleeping position for me. It’s a narrow bed too. But other than that and a lack of a house guide, it’s a great place to stay. Worrh a mention for those that are sensitive to noise , is the fact that an amazing place is being built next door, during the week the builders were playing music. Didn’t bother me but worth knowing. The owner helpfully allowed us to use his boat to have a paddle on the river. The place/ location is fab and on a walk around St Anthony we saw 100 seals on a beach. Very special
