Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Marietta with its historic sites and quaint stores, not to mention the amazing restaurants. Close to Buckeye park and Marietta college as well.

The address needs corrected and I think it would help to get clearer directions on the check in email. It was difficult to locate just based on the physical address. It is actually 207 not 205 as stated via maps. It was clean, private, definately need knives if you plan on cooking. The heating worked great. Linens were clean and soft. Couch was comfy also. It was cheap, clean, comfy, warm and it served us well. Thanks so much.
For just passing through and staying one night it was good. Little hard to find especially at night. But the bed was big and comfy with a hot shower and plenty of space for our 2 year old to run around.

Once you turn onto Alderman you will take the 4th left onto Sheldon. It will then be the first drive way on your left (large building with white block on the bottom and blue siding up top) it’s an upstairs apartment.
