Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Renovated in August of 2023, Everything is brand new from floor to ceiling. TVs in every room, can lighting throughout, walk in shower, large vanity, fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line mattresses and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the sofa bed to accommodate 6 guests. These are the most comfortable sofa beds on the market. Sparkling bathroom. Dimming lights for relaxing. Cable and the highest speed Xfi Xfinity wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed..

The apartment itself was very nice, clean and as pictured. Bring your own bath soap (none was provided), and there is no luggage hold available prior to 4pm check-in even though the listing / check-in instructions indicate that there is.
Great convenient location, easy to walk to restaurants or catch ride share. We loved the modern furniture and newly remodeled space, had everything we needed. Because of the downtown location, there are noises and some homeless people like in any other big city. But the entrance is safe and secure. Would stay again.
Great location, however, as most people have posted beware of the many homeless people that hang outside of the building. The front desk security guard told us (3 women) it was not safe for us to be outside after dark by ourselves.
The moment I arrived in the condo, it felt like home. It felt clean, warm and the rooms where also nice. Also the kitchen was easy and clean. The living room was so inviting. The location was also great. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants. Also the security of the building was good. Only thing that I would like is that all the visitors would receive their own cord for access to the building. I would definitely stay again!
Convenient place to stay in the city, nice walk to the Olympic Park and convention center.

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.
Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck (recommended) a block away.
Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
Other Notes: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.
