Check in and out was smooth. Location of the apartment is awesome. Linjiang Night Market is just opposite. In between Xinyi An He and Taipei 101 stations. 2 convenient stores just a min away. Really great location.

I had an overall good experience staying for 8 nights. The place is located in a good location where you can find a lot of eatieres. A night market is within a walking distance. It is also fairly close to the business area in Xinyi district. The room and the amendities were as described. Cleanliness could use a little improvement as there were some dust on the counters and tables (no big deal). Wi-Fi speed was okay but it got slow over time, especially in the evening/night. It could be a challenge if you intend to work or join a teleconference in the evening. The host was very responsive and promptly fixed the problems I had with the cable box and the air conditioner. We had some language barrier but it's 2023 and plenty of tools and services were there to help us. As the use of electricity is NOT included in the price (it is stated in the description so it was not a surprise), do watch out for the old AC unit that consumes a lot of energy, especially during summer.
