Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too! My home is a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels at home. I love the concept of Hygge - a quality of coziness that makes a person feel content and comfortable. It's also often used as an adjective meaning "cozy or comfortable." The kitchen/diner is a large room with breakfast bar and 4 stools plus a dining table with 6 chairs. Plus a small sofa. It’s the space where I spend most of my time. There is a bathroom and toilet just off the kitchen. The lounge is small and cosy, with 2 sofas and the tv. Upstairs are the two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Upstairs is the large wet room also.

Royna's beautiful home was absolutely perfect. It instantly felt homely and welcoming. Royna was proactive with check in information and responsive for some additional queries and very friendly. The home was luxurious, modern and beautifullly decorated. Some of Royna's beautiful art is hung around the home which gave this stay a lovely unique touch too. The garden was beautiful and cosy too. we didn't quite have the weather to fully enjoy it but we'll be back for sure. There's a local pub and supermarket within a 6 minute walk which are very convenient and the surround area is beautiful.
Welcoming and comfortable house just a short walk from Bury St Edmunds centre. We had a lovely weekend at Royna’s place … we had everything we needed and the lovely outdoor space was an added bonus! Royna’s instructions were helpful and accurate. The location feels peaceful and safe with local shops/ petrol station etc just a couple of minutes walk away. The house was well equipped and very comfortable we would love to stay again

The house is only a 10-15 minute pleasant walk from the town centre and, literally, only a 2-minute drive. The house is very comfortable and homely and extremely well equipped. Anybody who stays here will want for nothing. Royna is very welcoming and will promptly respond to any enquiries anybody may have. This is our second stay at the house and hope not our last!
Royna‘s house was fantastic we absolutely loved it, very clean comfy beds , everything we needed and more, perfect location, and easy to walk to town and local shops. We will definitely be back xx

My house it at the end of a small cul-de-sac of just 7 houses. It is very quiet and several of the neighbours are elderly. It is a lovely, safe area but very close to town so a perfect place to stay for a visit to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds
It is very easy to leave the car here and walk into town. But if you want to drive there are lots of car parks. Bury has lots of lovely bars, pubs and restaurants. Plus the Abbey Gardens, the Apex and Moyses Hall museum

I used to have a serious job as a crematorium manager for 32 years but retired from that in 2021. Now I just work part-time and love life! I meet friends for lunch, spend time with my family, try to get to the gym or yoga/Zumba class and I love to spend hours in my little art studio improving my painting skills. I have sold quite a few paintings and go to markets etc from time to time.
