Our home located at SW of Calgary, conveniently located close to schools and parks. 7-minute drive to Rec Centre and Shawnessy Shopping Centre and major road systems.10 mins drive to Costco. 5mins drives to Sobeys. 2 mins walk to Bus No.14 and 7 mins drive to Somerset C-Train. Double wide driveway parking and beautiful kitchen and living room. New renovated house and all kitchen hardware is brand-new!!! Your room is included in a suite with living room and full set bathroom your room including in a suite with living room and TV and the suite located at basement but it is a very warm place for sure!
