You can also step outside to enjoy the greenery by sitting on the two-level deck that can be accessed through the living room. Tucked away, the bedrooms are homely and comfortable — the master bedroom has big built-in robes, a private TV and a balcony. The property also features ducted air-conditioning, and a spacious kitchen with an island, breakfast table and adjacent lounge area with a separate TV and balcony. A short walk from Cremorne's shops, restaurants, parks, public transport and the famous Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace, this is the perfect place to enjoy a Sydney holiday. 首先房子唯一的卫生间设置到了其中一间卧室里面，我们使用非常的不方便，这在我当时预定时看到资料里没有看到任何的信息表明。其次房东回复真的很慢，最长间隔了24小时才回复我的问题，最后我想说房子的确非常隐蔽，周围很安静，到达房间需要经过长长的台阶，行李箱重的话要做好心理准备，不可否认的是屋子里面很漂亮干净（除了厨房的桌子上有很多蚂蚁），但是院子看起来很久没有打扫的样子，根本无法使用。

A beautiful flat in a wonderful neighborhood of Sydney. It is quiet and peaceful and also near a main street for shopping, cafes, etc. The flat itself is set in an incredible space filled with trees of all kinds. It's like being in a rain forest. There are also patios that you can walk onto with chairs, tables and a grill. There were two issues for us. One was that there's one bathroom and it's off the primary bedroom. My colleague and I navigated this just fine but it's something to be aware of if you are staying with someone and sharing a bathroom through a bedroom is a challenge. Also, we have problems with Wifi access in the last several days we were there. MadeComfy tried to navigate these for us.
Overall, we had a great time at this property. Lovely and secluded, it's a beautiful house great for 3 people. One thing to know, if you've got a couple sets of guests, the shared bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so can be a consideration if someone needs to shower early or use at night!
This listing is absolutely gorgeous! A very central location that is not far from the City, yet set in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle. The house is set off the road. All you can hear is the cicadas in the tropical garden! The house has everything you would need for a short or long stay and is beautifully set out with a sunken lounge/dining and separate kitchen/living and bedrooms. The outside area has two levels and a BBQ area which is easily accessible and private. We hope to visit again sometime when next in Sydney! A visit is worth every minute!
