Nandhu was prompt in his response leading up to the visit and very pleasant in his response. Getting to the villa was a bit of a hassle, maps won't lead you to the right place. we had to call the host multiple times who redirected us to the caretakers who then helped us find the place. On entering the building the first time, it seemed like a baked Oven. On a 35-degree Celsius day, I could understand that, but some of the doors and windows could have been left open to help the cause. Furthermore, the A/Cs installed are not efficient enough to cool the place. The refrigerator was nonfunctional. The caretakers and their families and kids live on the premises and are often seen on the bottom floor where there is a kid's play area. there is monkey trouble in the area with signs posted but we were never made aware of it at the time of booking. there are cameras inside the building in some of the common areas. the place was dirty and not very well kept. very bad experience overall.

Wonderful and peaceful place I have ever seen and one of the best memories I had. Thank you Nandhu for providing such awesome place.
