Light the wood burner in here then settle down to a movie on the Smart TV. There is also a snug here for those wishing to watch something else or to steal a few quiet moments to themselves with a book. At the rear of the property is a bright kitchen/diner, the perfect space to socialise or rustle up a home-cooked meal that all of the family can enjoy.
