We hebben zeer genoten van het verblijf. Eerste paar dagen in appartement waren prima. Daarna 5 dagen in villa serena was fantastisch. Zeer sfeervol , mooi uitzicht en mooi zwembad. Wat goed uitkwam bij de tropische temperaturen! Pami is een uitstekende host die altijd voor je klaarstaat voor vragen en tips. We hebben een super vakantie gehad ondanks de corona tijd. Dat vergeet je soms op deze geweldige locatie. Palmi bedankt voor alles! En wie weet komen we nog eens genieten.

This review is for Villa Serena, as the owner offered it to us because it’s more private with more space. Before arriving I asked about air conditioning because we knew that was something we wanted. The owner confirmed they had multiple units, upon arrival there was only one portable unit and it didn’t work well. We did ask for a chef to cook dinner every night and he came the first night and was great! That was worth the money. The house has a spiral staircase and it’s definitely not little kid friendly. That part isn’t dog friendly either. We had to walk around dogs around the building so they could be upstairs with us, not ideal at all. That night my husband found a baby scorpion on the bottom floor. The next morning we woke up and there was no water. We notified the owner and it was “fixed” an hour later. We then realized there was no hot water. We were told to wait 30 minutes for it to work. After an hour later we still had no hot water. We kept being told it would work soon. We lost a whole day of traveling because we couldn’t get ready for the day. Around 2 we decided to leave because the issue wasn’t fixed. The owner apologized and said he would refund us what wasn’t used. However, it’s now 2 weeks later and no refund. The property is beautiful and the pools are nice. We would absolutely not stay here again because of all the issues.
