Josh has gone above and beyond with this rental. He truly has thought of everything. When we arrived the house was spotless and welcoming. There were extra touches throughout the house- coffee grounds, beach & bath towels (plenty of both), beach chairs, dish soap, laundry detergent…truly all of the things needed for a longer stay away from home. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. The drive to the beach was easy and it was also very easy to get to other places (groceries, restaurants, etc.). Josh was easy to get ahold of and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely consider staying here again!

We had a great time staying at the Eclectic House in Fort Walton Beach. Its location was convenient, just down the street from Jet Park and six pickleball courts. We had to drive briefly to reach the public beaches, golf course, and restaurants, but it was worth it. The sunshine streaming through the windows and the large deck were lovely for yoga and card games. Josh, the host, was always available to help us out if we needed anything. The neighborhood was safe and perfect for walks with our dog, who enjoyed the fenced-in backyard.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have a yard for my dogs. Would definitely recommend. Josh was a great host!
