If you book with two people, we have a second matching twin bed that we can add to the apartment. So it can be either put together with the existing bed to make a larger bed or separate. Please request it ahead of time This Charming Apartment is made to have all your basic needs met, while being easy to clean and maintain. It has a separate kitchen of good size with a dining table in it. All basic pots and pans, utensils, and dishes are supplied. The apartment has a very comfortable twin bed (the more comfortable type with real wooden slats under the mattress... no springs or metal bars under the mattress. Its a sportive, on the firm size memory foam mattress that people say is very comfortable.) We also have a second twin bed of the same type of frame and mattress, ready if requested for having a guest. All our linens are well cleaned well between each guest stay. The Mattresses and pillows are encased in hypoallergenic water proof pillow case and mattress protectors. The apartment has a nice full bathroom. The apartment has blazingly fast speed wifi. The small 24" smart TV gets local HDTV reception and ROKU smart streaming functions. Many channels for free, or you can access you Netflix account or whatever streaming services you use. Off street parking in the now gated parking lot (the gate will open automatically for your vehicle, no codes needed). This has always been a safe location, however to keep uninvited foot traffic, or solicitors off the property and for more privacy we have now installed an automatic gate. There is also now outdoor picnic table and more outdoor furniture, and for the hotter months in summertime we now have installed a cooling mist sprinkler system under the covered porch areas in front of most of the apartments for keeping cool and comfortable when lounging outside
