Whether you're a couple, a group of friends or a family looking for a retreat, our space promises a cozy/welcoming environment. Note: IF YOU WANT AC, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10 MORE/NIGHT ONLY ONE ROOM HAS AC Your bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are completely private. Garage and Garden is shared. A TV is available for you to relax and enjoy downloaded Hollywood/Bollywood movies, TV shows, and children's films. Should you require extra mattresses for large groups, kindly inform in advance. (Subject to availability) Lock on Bedroom Door: Private room can be locked for safety and privacy. All guests, both female and male, are required to send a picture of their ID card before arrival. Check-in will not be allowed without it. (Kept 100% Confidential) Please ensure to take good care of the keys provided during your stay. In case of loss, a replacement fee will be charged for the cost of new keys and any necessary lock changes.

Arshman is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to mail me something that I forgot at his place while checking out. The location of the house is awesome. It's secure, it's peaceful, and it's central. If you have a car, it's easy to get to most major places in Karachi. The amenities are basic but great value for money. The person managing the check-in etc. is really helpful.
Arshman is a great host and he was quite responsive with my queries and accommodated to my needs. The place was quite nice aswell, had a peaceful environment.
