Embrace next-level luxury in this delightfully bright, three-level retreat. We brought our family-friendly home to life to excite all the senses by featuring chic furnishings & decor, an open-plan main living space with DV views, Sonos whole home audio installed throughout the house, a hot tub, & a fully equipped kitchen. Whether hiking nearby trails, riding the waves on the Jordanelle, or off-roading in the Wasatch Mountains, make our home the jumping-off point for your fun in the sun. As a family, we love adventuring in the great outdoors. You are close to all of the fantastic things the PC area offers regarding recreational fun. 2 min to mountain biking, hiking & water rec at Ross Creek Beach at the Jordanelle Reservoir. 10 minutes to the Jordanelle Gondola at DV via the Jordanelle cut through. 10 minutes to Park City. In my family, we are creatures of comfort. After a long day exploring the countryside, we love to come home, unwind, and delight in everything our home offers. We usually hit up our culinary-friendly kitchen 1st, where we love sharing meals with family and friends. Blackout shades, king beds, and TVs in every bedroom. Onsite parking for 3 vehicles (1 garage spot). Sonos sound system enabled throughout the home and hot tub area for entertaining enjoyment. Dohm Sound Machines are provided in every sleeping space to help ease you into an easy slumber. Let's take a tour... Upon entering the garage, you will find a place to store skis, boards, boots, shoes, coats, and outdoor gear. As you enter the home through the garage, you will find an entryway with a coat closet and space that leads to a cozy and luxurious open format retreat, ideal for spreading out yet remaining together, complete with fireplace, well-appointed kitchen, 65" Frame TV, sound bar, Sonos enabled sound system, powder room, gas grill, and spacious dining room with bar. Because this is a downhill townhome built into the side of the mountain, you will go down the stairs to reach the other 2 levels. When you descend to the 2nd floor, you enter the family room outfitted with a Dolby 7.1 speaker system, a 75" Frame TV, games, books, and cozy blankets. From there, you can find your way into the primary bedroom with a Casper king bed, 50" Frame TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in closet, laundry room, and extra closet for storage. Upon entering the bottom floor you will enter an oversized hallway equipped with a Murphy twin sized Wallbed system which allows for additional sleeping space. The hot tub area is right outside the basement doors, and is enabled with a Sonos Sound System. The 2 remaining bedrooms, complete with Casper King-sized beds and TVs, are also on the 3rd floor, along with another bathroom with dual vanities and tub. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. We are a 3-level home. Because there are high ceilings, be prepared to climb 20 stairs leading from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. Cell reception can get spotty the closer you get to our home, but all is good once you get to our place. We recommend connecting to our Wi-Fi and enabling Wi-Fi calling on your phone. We are located immediately off SR-248. Please be prepared for some traffic noise. The Sonos-enabled sound system via the Sonos app and Dohm Sleep Machines helps to mitigate any traffic sound that might exist, helping to make for a comfortable stay. You will likely want a car as no ski slopes, restaurants, groceries, etc., are within walking distance. You do have to drive to the resorts, but because of our location, each one is only a few miles away.
Beautiful property!! Even more beautiful views from every level of this condo!! Kourtney was super communicative and clear on everything from check in to check out. The condo was decorated with everything thought of. Never thought… I wish they had this… Highly recommended!!! Can’t wait to come back!!
Our family had a wonderful stay in Hideout. Kourtney’s place is so beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a great family vacation. The place is well laid out and the view of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley ski resort is extraordinary. We felt well cared for and enjoyed the luxury’s provided. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing. Hope to stay there again in the future.
The condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us and our other friends for a ski trip. big open kitchen area to hang out. The beds were firm but comfortable, slept really well. The location is perfectly good. Other than a bit of school traffic in the morning (Park City only really has 2 ways in) you're in the main town area within 10-15 minutes. And whatever drive in is worth the view every day of the reservoir and Deer Valley out the window. Kourtney could not have been more hospitable with our check in and check out. Will certainly look to stay here again.
Located in the desirable Jordanelle area, between Park City to the west and the Unitas to the east, and a 40-minute drive to the Salt Lake Airport, Klaim's location offers easy access to year-round activities and adventures.
Activities
In the summer, spend the days hiking in the mountains, mountain biking the surrounding trails, fishing the nearby rivers and lakes, or boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir.
In the winter, hit the slopes in minutes via Deer Valley Resort’s Jordanelle ticket office and gondola or easily drive the 15-minutes to Park City Mountain, one of North America’s largest ski resorts. For off slope activity, a quick drive puts residents in the heart of the Unitas with snowshoeing, sledding, and snowmobiling abound.

Located just 8 miles from Park City’s historic Main Street where residents can find fine dining, art galleries, nightlife, and more while coming home to the luxuries of mountain living. Klaim provides residents easy access to the best in outdoor experiences and urban amenities.
You will need a car or transportation service to get you to and from most points of interest. Although you can walk, run, bike or hike in and around the community, please note we are located off a major road SR-248, which provides easy access to so many things.
