Elegant apartment in Milan, furnished in a functional style. Located in Piazza della Trivulziana (Bicocca District); a residential area situated close to the Red M1 "Precotto" metro station (5 minutes away from the apartment by Tram 7) and in proximity to the Purple M5 "Bicocca" metro station (5 minutes on foot from the apartment), from where the most important Milanese destinations such as the Duomo and City Life can be reached in 20 minutes. Moreover, the area is capable of meeting every need. The apartment, very quiet, has been partially renovated and is located on the sixth floor of a modern condominium. Floor easily accessible by elevator. Inside the apartment, you will find a bright living area with a king-size sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube to entertain even the little ones; a master bedroom equipped with every comfort; a kitchen that has a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, tea kettle, various utensils, and a dining table; a brand-new bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and Welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel. The house is fully air-conditioned, with centralized and adjustable heating, and also has air conditioning. The apartment comes with high-quality bed linen and towels.

Buongiorno. Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni a Milano , dove abbiamo dormito per 2 notte in questo appartamento ( eravamo in 4 , 2 adulti , 2 bambini è una neonata ) . L’appartamento è bello , carino , pulito, ordinato , c è tutto quello che serve : asciugamani , lenzuoli puliti , coperte puliti , raccolta differenziata, bagno pulito , sapone , phone , detersivo per piatti ed lavatrice , carta …. anche per fare un panino al volo , prendere un café , una tisana ….potete farlo tranquillamente. La zona è molto tranquilla per le persone che amano la tranquillità e la riservatezza. E anche nella zona ci sono bar ristorante , trovate il Carrefour sotto il palazzo per le persone che magari non hanno voglia di spostarsi lontano . In generale è stato un bel soggiorno. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mailand! Der Vermieter war die ganze Zeit überaus hilfreich und hat uns bei allen notwendigen Situationen sofort und einwandfrei geholfen.
L'alloggio per due persone è ottimo ma per quattro persone no, mentre il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo, il divano letto è scomodissimo e rumoroso quando ci si muove sopra. La casa è accessoriata, però c'è solo un coltello. Sarebbero state bene accette delle bustine di the o tisane ( sigillate). Con qualche piccolo accorgimento l' appartamento risulterebbe impeccabile!
Quartiere tranquillo, pieno di persone super simpatiche, ragazzi alla mano e con voglia di parlare. L’alloggio si presenta pulitissimo, molto luminoso con firetv, tutto funzionante con the e caffè a portata di mano, saponi, asciugamani e asciugacapelli. L’host simpaticissimo, sempre disponibile, cordiale e reperibile. Il soggiorno è stato splendido, spero di ripetere il prima possibile, 5 stelle meritatissime 🙏🏻♥️
