The apartment on Morgan Street is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental in the historical Warehouse District of Downtown Durham that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free parking on-site. It's within walking distance to the convention center and Downtown Durham's best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment. You'll love the 18th century architectural roots of the space which features brick, timber, high ceilings, wood floors & an open floor plan. We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance and outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside. • Location. The location we're in is a walker's paradise since most places you'll want to visit won't require a car. Morgan Street is as flat as a pancake, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bikeable. Our home is just a 5-minute walk away from the Convention Center. Walk Score is 84, Transit Score 65 and Bike Score 80. The walls for the bedrooms do not reach the 22 foot ceiling, this can be seen in the pictures. Also, since this is an industrial setting, some noise does carry from surrounding neighbors.
