A lovely cottage with modern touches. The garden is gorgeous and while we didn’t try the pool due to time of year and weather it looked great. We really liked the style and layout of the cottage. It was perfect for a friends reunion looking for some space and chilled surroundings. We tried the local pub across the green and it was very nice. We also walked to the nearby village of wyre and had a nice pub lunch there by the river. Tim and Maite were very helpful and responsive. Overall very happy with our stay !

We had the most relaxing time at the cottage! Although we live in the US, our family is all over Kent and we needed a base for visiting. We are so glad to have found this cottage and hope to make that our base home every time we are home in the uk. It was beautiful, spacious, homey, comfortable and had honestly everything you beed and more for an extended stay. The welcome basket was so kind and the kitchen was stocked! It was too cold for the pool but we hopped the fence and took walks all over the property often. The grounds of the home are lovely. I will say it was hard to find in the dark - not because of the directions Just bc it is so incredibly dark on the road. Just go slow! We will be so happy to return to the cottage again! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Oh and beds are dreamy and comfy!!!

Tim & Maite's stunning cottage is simply quite idyllic. It has everything you would ever need and the setting is beautiful. They even left welcome sweets on the beds for the kids and have created a clever little mouse hunt (not real mice of course) around the house for the kids to enjoy. What a peaceful, relaxing 5 days my family and I had. Thank you
