You won't find many like this! A brand new professionally curated and decorated modern home in the heart of the hottest district in OKC. Mere minutes (and walkable) to everything in downtown - which you can see while sipping coffee or a cocktail on the massive roofdeck. Huge, open living spaces with 12 foot ceilings. Large bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen, high-end living room and insane bathrooms! Garage parking and a fully fence large back yard. This is a work of art- why look anywhere else? High ceilings, open flow, gorgeous. Everything is high end and brand new. All bedrooms are upstairs, so please be aware of that.

The owners worked with our situation and were extremely considerate. They responded to message quickly and it was a pleasure to use their space. Everything was great and the whole process was very easy. The view of the OKC skyline from the rooftop is amazing and we would definitely recommend this home.

Sosa is the absolute hottest district in OKC. Beautiful, Modern homes built right by Midtown and just blocks to the Thunder, Bricktown, and anything downtown. Only 15 minutes the airport, 5 minutes to the highway, and less than a half mile to over 50 restaurants and bars.

Local host. Can be contacted at anytime if something comes up. We have a few properties around town, and none more than 20 miles from our home. All check-ins and check-outs are by smart locks, but we are here to help if needed. I am a Navy Nuclear Submarine Veteran, engineer and real estate investor in town and am always out on projects.
