Baan Thai Beach Side Residence is situated Patong Beach at walking distance from the beach. All around there are convenience stores and night markets that offer an array of food items and stalls selling local goods.
Patong is Phuket’s most popular beach and as such most businesses are geared to support the tourist industry - bars, restaurants, markets, massage shops, launderettes, souvenir stalls, tour desks and pharmacies are all in the vicinity. Patong is home to a vibrant nightlife, great shopping and high-class international and local cuisine.
We offer motorbikes rentals but we can help you if you choose a taxi, a tuk-tuk or a minivan.
The famous Junceylong Mall and the day and night Banzaan Market are 10 and 15 minutes walk. As well as the night life of Bangla Road. The beach is at walking distance too.
In Patong you have many transport options. You may either rent a car or a motorbike (available from either the airport or at reception) or hail one of many local taxis or tuk-tuk to explore further afield. Patong is accessible by foot and easily walkable. We advise that you take extra care when renting a motorbike, especially for inexperienced drivers -always wear a helmet.
