After delicious dinners and sundowner drinks, climb steep stairs to the first floor where a pair of bedrooms await weary heads, and the family bathroom invites you to soak. Both bedrooms are decorated in tranquil tones and are peaceful places to drift off and dream. There is roadside parking outside. Wander from your door and explore the network of well-trodden paths and bridleways. Head up the hill to visit the Cerne Abbas Giant who sits less than half a mile from your door or take a trip to the coast and travel to one of many local beaches and seaside resorts. A 16-mile trip will take you to the vibrant hub of Weymouth where fish and chips, perfect sandcastle-building spots and the glittering sea await. Hop in the car and treat yourselves to a night off from the kitchen in the town of Dorchester (8 miles) where you can enjoy a night at the movies, too.
