The place was SUPER cute, very aesthetically pleasing! Checking in was easy and very straight forward. The host was very responsive. The community is new and upcoming, yet still very quiet felt very safe. If you like to party the location is about 30-45 minutes away from the clubs and airport. There were only two of us. We did a walkthrough of the house and noticed that the bathtubs and bathroom floors were not the cleanest. There was a big hole located in the back of the master bedroom door that was not notated by the host. I paid for a later checkout of 4pm, left at 2:30pm and noticed my door code was expired; I had to contact the host to lock the door being access was revoked. The day after checking out I received a bill for $215 stating a chair was broken in which we had no clue about, like stated there were only two of us and we did not go around checking every chair in place. The Airbnb was used strictly for sleep. Lastly, one of the remotes did not have batteries.

Property is amazing! 5 star! Nice size home and the backyard/patio area was really nice as well. I would 100% recommend this property. Only only thing is that it’s a bit far from certain things we were looking to do (clubs, bars, nightlife) but it’s close to few shopping centers! & I would absolutely be back!

The back porch was great! Bed was very comfortable (I was in the smaller bedroom).

This place was beautiful the decor was amazing, just like the pictures. Raliat was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. When I’m back in Houston again I hope this place is available!
