A full kitchen, bathroom and 2 rooms The person will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. With a 4 minute walk to the light rail and ease of transportation ( bus stop 1 minute away) to hot spots like Hoboken, downtown Jersey city and New York. A lot of good restaurants and 24/7 7-11 and other convenient shops within a mile. Great place and very nice neighbors, peaceful. Very clean and spacious for a one person stay. The space is not the ENTIRE house however you have a full place to yourself upstairs with a kitchen, bathroom and 2 rooms. It is an entire place not part of the hosts house.

Ayoub was amazingly responsive. The apartment looks just like the pictures and gave a lot of space for the price. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. The unit was also very clean! Parking in the area can be difficult depending on the time of day (ended up with a ticket.) Also, keep in mind its a twin bed if there are 2 of you! Otherwise perfect for a safe, clean and restful night for a quick NYC trip. Definitely reccomend

Large space and suited my 1 night stay as it was close to the cruise port.

Taking the bus or light rail can take you to several close by locations like ShopRite, Walmart, Lowe’s and other convenient stores. Light rail is on 8th street (8th street light rail station) to get to exchange place and go to NYC via the Path. 7-11, Walgreens and Dunkin’ Donuts nearby.
