Excellent location, everything is close. The host is very proactive and responsive. It also feels very safe.and secure. The flat seems larger in pictures but is very small. The bathroom is very compact and uncomfortable. The listing shows 1 small double bed, however my wife and I barely fit. There was only 1 pillow and it was uncomfortable for both of us. There was also a mildew smell from the bedsheet. I’d recommend this stay if you’re traveling alone and on a budget.

el alojamiento de Masa es excelente para una estancia en Tokyo. está cerca de todo y muy fácil de acceder. limpio y ordenado, tiene muchos kombinis cerca. Masa muy atento siempre y fue flexible dejándonos entrar antes del check-in. Es un alojamiento perfecto para 1 o 2 personas.

Despite the surprise about the small shower and sliding-below-the-sink-toilet style, the apartment was good and very acceptable for my purpose of a three days working trip. If you have no problem with a somewhat dated style of apartment interior, I can recommend it. The location is excellent, and given the closeness to Shibuya and Shinsen stations, the pricing was very reasonable. It would be even better, if there were slippers, a drying towel for drying the dishes and a small bath mat/towel or similar, as you need to step out of the bath in the kitchen floor. I will use this place definitely again, though the cleanliness could be improved in bath/toilet unit and microwave.

Really great place to stay for a short city trip. Everything is compact and the flat was small, but perfect for a short trip for 1 or 2 people. Really close to central Shibuya: bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping and convenience stores. Thanks Masa!

The places was not easy to find. Could not find the building number in the building at night. The lock instructions were in broken English so I also had a hard time opening the door. The place is on an incline (wish I knew) so It's difficult to get up there at night with luggage. The place is very cold (draft coming from the window to the head area of bed) and even the heater could not compensate for the cold. The heater made the room super dry. I got sick and could not sleep because the host had not deleted old videos from intercom and it was blinking announcing incoming guests. The shower is on top of sink + toilet and I don't know how any person who is not super thin and not tall could comfortably take a shower (i got in but I'm slim and 5'6" only). Overall is a good place for a backpacker but not for an adult going to Japan for business. It was ok.
