Enjoyed my stay! Loved, the neighborhood lots of good places to eat nearby. Roots and Baja Cafe were my favorites, wonderful vegetarian and vegan options. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Shower had nice pressure. Can’t say enough about the location, very walkable and easy to get to from ADO. I would stay here again. I found lots to do in playa del Carmen and want to come by. Penelope was friendly and put in effort to go on a walk with me to show me the lay of the land. Everything is nearby this location from Zara to the dentist. Can’t wait to go back.

Loved my stay here. Penelope was so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt right at home and she told me all the places to eat and get spa treatments done. I would 10/10 stay here again and looking forward to it!

I loved my stay at Penelope's place. The room is nice with air conditioning & ventilator & private bathroom. I shared the kitchen & living room with her, and was able to cook my meals & use the coffee machine. It is a quiet place, the wifi was good and I was able to work from there. I got along really well with Penelope and she was a great roomate for a week !

What a blessing to come to Penelopes house. It kick-started my real trip in Mexico. I was in Tulum but the vibes didn't match with me. Then I came to this beautiful air conditioned house, with everything u can think of. I walked from the ado station as its super close, the room was spotless and super cute, clean, your own bathroom and toilet. Soft towels, a big window with your own shaded balcony, ac and the quietest most powerful ceiling fan in the world. I had a shower and rested so tranquilly. Penelope is a wonderful host. She's funny, smart, helpful, talented and has amazing vibes. A rare human being, she was very very generous with me, really I felt so safe, so welcomed and had excellent conversations with her, I'm so happy I rented a room with her, it had everything I needed and a walking distance from everything u can imagine. I will definitely return, it's such an excellent deal. She might mention there is construction.but it didn't bother me. Shut the windows and blinds.

Lugar muy lindo y super bien ubicado... cerca de la 5ta avenida para salir a caminar, comprar, ir a restaurantes y bares. El lugar muy limpio y coincide con las fotos. Y de Penélope siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi, mi llegada y estancia. Una super anfitriona. completamente recomendable y si en algún momento lo necesitará, no dudaría en volver a rentar.
