Pros: 1. Luxury feeling. 2. Great apartment amenities like pool, sauna etc. 3. Great neighborhood with lots to do yet very private. 4. If you are lucky you will get a pool view but it’s not guaranteed. Cons: 1. There was some Communication gap between levels and the apartment management at times. Eg: scheduled housekeeping dint happen on time, mail box key wasn’t provided until I asked many times etc. this isn’t a typical airbnb experience where the host has all the control, rather they depend on the apartment management to get everything done. So it lead to some delays. But the host from Levels were always responsive and did a great job. 2. The apartment was hardly stocked for long term stays. Eg: very few dish wash pods, laundry supplies etc that would barely last a week when my stay was for a month etc. 3. No cleaning supplies were provided . Expectation set was house keeping will take care of cleaning but once in 2 weeks which I felt is not frequent enough
