Welcome to our stunning 2100 square foot home nestled in the charming neighborhood of Desrochers, just south of the vibrant city of Edmonton! This modern and spacious new build is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway. With 4 generously sized bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. NOTE : We are still waiting for the grass to be completed in the backyard. Such a BEAUTIFUL house! It was perfect for our combined family stay. We had a great stay. Very clean & well maintained, it had a very homey feel from the time we walked in. The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is AHH-Mazing :) (fully stocked). The bedrooms have tons of room (super comfy beds). The family rooms were prefect (lots of space for all of us to chill). The play area was cute (100% approved & loved by my littles). Laundry room was great (stocked with all of your essentials). Was nice to have access to the garage (this became our hockey gear hangout spot lol). The host was super responsive & very friendly. Overall this home was beyond our expectations. Perfect fit for all of us! We would definitely stay here again.
