Staying at Shahid's place proved perfect for what I was looking for. Being so close to Juhu Beach and wonderful nearby restaurants (particularly Vada Pav stalls) within a few kilometers ensured that I would never go hungry. I found the apartment complex itself to be peaceful and safe. Make sure you have good cell service though because the wifi can be spotty. As for the room, Dadi was very kind -- getting the chance to have a heartwarming conversation is a must. She is very knowledgeable and can impart great deals of wisdom. Shahid is also very responsive, which made it extremely hassle-free when it came to time-sensitive situations like catching a train or plane. Absolutely loved this stay, and recommend it to all travelers (new or veteran) to Mumbai. If you are new like me, rest assured that you have picked the right place.

The stay was incredibly comfortable, and Shahid and his mother were exceptionally welcoming. They ensured that everything we needed was readily available. Despite our late arrival and early departure, Shahid's mom made sure to be there to see us off. Our experience staying there was fantastic, and we would definitely choose to stay again if we return. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes away from the airport, making it easy for us to catch our early morning flight.

Place is amazing to stay in, if you’re looking for quiet and homely environment. Flat has 2 rooms, one is occupied by Aunty-ji, owner’s mother, who is a sweetheart, very helpful and so welcoming. The other room, which is the actual room in the description, is his son’s who has moved abroad for studies. Room is spacious, very clean and well maintained. Aunty ji is always a room away. If you’re looking for a quiet and homely environment, this is recommended. We had an amazing time here.

My sister & I stayed at Pioneer Heritage Residency On our arrival we had a warm welcome by Shahid's mother. The accommodation was good.. Getting transport was not an issue. Located in Santacruz, the aircraft landing was disturbing but understandable. Airbnb, my understanding ( correct me) was bed n breakfast. However, no coffee was served. Sachet of tea/ coffee only was given, no milk sachet. Wardrobes were all locked. At least one shelf could have been provided. Keyto the main door was given but when we reached key didn't work( looks like an old issue) & Shahid's mother, elderly lady had to wake up & open the door. The place is managed by Shahid's mother, being elderly, one can understand, but in a business, age doesn't matter. No stool in the bathroom, which is a basic in any accommodation. Shahid never visited even once. On the whole, our experience wasn't a happy one. I feel not worth the occupancy rate of 2500/- per day. I believe in giving honest feedback for betterment
