listing was exactly as described. our bad luck was the rain on Saturday, so we really couldn't enjoy the property
The place overall was a great place, plenty of space. The house had a mildew odor, I’m guessing from the carpet, especially upstairs, we made it to the house at 11:30 pm Friday and everybody had to have their covers washed because hair was all over the house. We had to clean the bottom freezer because it had all kinds of trash and hair in it as well. The house has one television for 14 people, that was terrible. All the windows were basically unlocked. Everything was good except I didn’t agree with that $300 something cleaning fee because I was the one cleaning. Check out can be changed to 11 or 12 like most hotels, that will be great
