Cozy modern studio of 40 sqm located a short distance from the main city attractions. It can comfortably accommodate up to four people, offering a standard double bed and a convertible sofa bed into a cozy French double bed (140x190 cm). The kitchen area, equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, allows you to prepare delightful breakfasts and light meals. The modern bathroom, with a spacious walk-in shower, ensures comfort and convenience. The apartment, characterized by a pleasant brightness and openness, features two windows and a small veranda balcony with an internal view.

Нам очень все понравилось! Квартира отличная для недельного пребывания вдвоем! Находится в 25 минутах ходьбы от центрального вокзала, и столько же до центра города, пляжа. Напротив дома остановка, магазины. В квартире есть все необходимое, постельное, полотенца, вся посуда, стаканы, бокалы, абсолютно все! В квартире есть кондиционер, телевизор, отличный wifi, плита, микроволновка. Мы отдыхали неделю, поэтому для нас было подготовлено два комплекта постельного белья и полотенец. Отдельно хочу отметить невероятное гостеприимство хозяина. Антонио был всегда на связи, спрашивал как дела, нужно ли нам что-то. Приготовил нам вино к приезду. Видно, что хозяин любит то, что делает. Такие мелочи, как замороженные стаканы в морозильной камере, а так же лед и другое. Это было очень мило. Спасибо большое! Это была прекрасная неделя в Бари! 100 процентов к рекомендации!
We LOVed our stay in Liv it guest house. The place is new, cozy, very clean and it has everything you need . The host Antonio is frindly, polite, answers super quickly! Thank you Antonio for the warm attitude !
It was a great stay in Antonio’s Apt. The place was tastefully decorated, everything is new and provided comfort for our stay. His parents are a lovely couple and responded to our questions/requests very quickly. The apt is not far to the city centre, a quick bus ride. There are also 3 supermarkets outside the Apt and a good bakery too. Thanks so much for your hospitality, also the great wine and water.
