* Internet was intermittent and then gone completely. Host did not fix it. We guessed the same host's other access point's password which had stable internet in living room. * The AC ... in the ground floor stopped working. Technicians failed to fix it. In one dorm the AC was dripping and put out of order completely by the technicians for two nights - and continued dripping after that. * Electricity/light on the roof was broken. Plugging the blown fuse blew it instantly again. A technician came to fix that. * The dish washer had a broken cable * The washing room was smelly. The garage door was hard to avoid triggering an alarm, liters of rain leaked in at one dorm's balcony door. * The host found it "curious that the prior guest did not have any issues at all", implying what exactly? Despite all these issues which were a mix of poor maintenance, poor communication and bad luck (living room AC) we enjoyed our stay a lot.
