Nice location and plenty of beds/rooms/bathrooms for the adults and teens to spread out. Just make sure you are able to do stairs, the second set (to 2 rooms/1 half bath) is steep. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of dishes/silverware.

Downtown is roughy 5 minute walk. The Airport is maybe 7 minute drive. The Sanford Premiere Center is less than 7 minutes away. Falls Park less than 5 minute drive - 10/15 minute walk.
