We are about 200 meters from the Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, with a wonderful walk you can reach the center and the main places of interest. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a large shared terrace. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee pod, microwave and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, split A/C; - BEDROOM I with double bed, TV and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with single bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - TERRACE shared with the guests of apartment number 2. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning provided by split (one in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee. PLEASE NOTE: two steps at the pedestrian entrance of the villa. The building has no elevator - the apartment is located in the basement. A step to access the shower. Please pay attention to the sloping ceiling in the bathroom. Heating is provided via split A/C in the living room. The terrace is shared with the guests of apartment number 2 and there is a flight of stairs to access it. Guests are informed that it is possible to stop in front of the accommodation for loading and unloading luggage, but it is NOT possible to park.
