The room was very clean, and an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, steamer were all present. The small terras felt very private, and we were able to easily put the metal table and chairs onto the sidewalk, and enjoy the sun. There was very little closet space for clothes. The windows and walls felt very insulated from sound and heath/cold. Getting into the appartement always takes 2 minutes (stairs up, code, enter, stairs down, code). Bathroom was clean and good: toilet paper, soap, shampoo and body wash was available.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood. Quite small and dark, but perfect for a couple days of stay

Es war alles sehr schön - den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprechend! Das einzige Problem war nur, dass wir 40min später einchecken konnten, als geplant. Die Reinigungsarbeit war zur Check-In Zeit von 16 Uhr noch nicht abgeschlossen. Ansonsten war der Service perfekt, Andreas hat uns immer gute Informationen gegeben - zum Beispiel Optionen wie wir vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft gelangen.

The area was very peaceful and the city was easy reachable by little boat in 5 min walking distance. It takes 5 minutes to go to Museums island or 10 min to city center. It was also easy to reach the apartment by bus no. 53 from the Central station. The apartment itself was as it was described in its promo. A new architecture in old ruin premises, beautifully equipped and very clean. It had all you need for a comfortable stay. In 10-15 min walking distance there is a new living area which hosts shops and cafes, and beautiful waterfronts to walk around. Andreas was very detailed with all instructions and information. It was very easy to communicate with him. We would highly recommend this place for everybody who wants to enjoy Stockholm without a busy city din.
