Generally comfortable Airbnb, though taller people may struggle with the ceilings in places. A little touch up with corner dust, rust, and moudly window frames would be nice, but overall was clean and comfortable, with clear communication and an easy check-in.

Property was in a good location, quiet and convenient with a lovely pub next door. Access to the building was a little tricky as front door did stick. Flat itself was clean, just would benefit from a bit of maintenance, I.e. fresh lick of paint, window frames mouldy and loose in places. Very good size and warmed up quickly with the storage heaters. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and lovely views from the living room. Good hot shower, bed was very comfortable. Overall a positive experience, just felt the flat was a little run down

Very good value for money. The flat was easy to find and clean. The location was great for walking into Boscatle and a quick drive to sites like St Nectans Glen.

Fab stay at Richard's place. Was perfect for us as we were right by The Nap, where we were playing! Parking would be a challenge but as we were playing at the pub, we parked there. The stairs were not very clean but as we were leaving, we met a lovely lady and fella who were cleaning the entrance, so guess it's just pre-season and will be better hence forth. The instructions from Richard were clear and concise. The flat was perfect for us. Bedroom / bed was spotless. The flat is in an old building so looks a little tired but we live in an old house, so we didn't mind this (particularly as the bedroom was fab) It did get chilly but there are heaters and I had my hot water bottle :-) We will definitely book here again as it is good value and in a fab location.
