Would definitely give this place a 5* without a doubt, for the price we paid we had everything we needed and more. We arrived to a lovely little hamper, fresh milk, bread etc which was a lovely touch. Even had some treats for our dogs which they loved! Will definitely return to James’s place! Highly recommend to others!!

The really nice touch was the bread, milk, muffins and cupboard food that was left. Also the toiletries were a very nice touch

A great place .. James was super responsive can not fault anything . local shop 10 min walk and major ones close . highly recommended.

I was extremely surprised it was a lovely location near lots of different areas. There's a supermarket that is extremely close on top of that. The host was lovely it was my friend's birthday and they had set up loads of balloons around the house with banners that said happy birthday. If you end up staying here I'm sure you will highly enjoy it. One thing that was nice that I did not even know was included was in one of the rooms there was a PS4 with the game Ghost of Tashima on. If you do end up staying here I recommend visiting Barry island, Freshwater beach and there was this cafe called Waterloo House (extremely cheap cafe with a wide variety of board games). I am very satisfied that I picked this location it was an absolute steal :)
