The house is great. Just like in the pictures! Loved: big trampoline in the garden, washer AND dryer, overall modern and very clean. Beautiful garden. Could be better: Only the master bedroom has air conditioning. Other bedrooms get hot so it would be good to have a fan in each one. Also, some maintenance could happen before arrival. The cleaner, the pool guy and the gardeners all came at different times. In my case the pool guy was helpful because we had some issues, but otherwise it can be disruptive to have people coming and going, especially in the afternoon when we used the garden the most. We were informed on arrival but it is still an inconvenience. Just something to consider. Didn’t like: the cleaner let herself in. Out of respect for privacy she should knock and wait for someone to open. We were not even showered yet. Overall we liked the house, though. It has everything you may need. It’s perfect for families! Veronica was very helpful and kind throughout our stay.

Muy buena casa, excelente ubicación. Pero nos informaron a último momento que contaba con servicios de limpieza de una persona que incomodó nuestra estadía 2 días de la semana que estuvimos, que incluso horas antes del check-out llegó sin previo aviso. Al igual que informó a la coanfitriona situaciones que no eran ciertas. Como decir que encontró colilla de cigarros al interior de la casa, siendo esto falso. Mala experiencia.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for each member of the family to enjoy themselves. Wonderful location and felt very safe. We’d love to return next time we’re in Santiago!

Our family has six kids ages 4-14 and we had a GREAT time at Jose Manuel's home. The yard was perfect for soccer and the pool was a big hit. Plus we used the Blackstone grill many times, and had the option for another grill too. The house has a number of quiet spots for kids to do school work or read and the movie theater downstairs was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay there.
