The flat is located in a quiet and elegant street in the historic Prenzlauerberg district. In the immediate vicinity is the Max-Schmelling-Halle, venue for numerous famous events and concerts, the colourful and vibrant Mauerpark, a vital centre for music, street performers and antiques, the Kulturbrauerei, the memorial of the Berlin Wall and famous museums. Trendy cafés, pubs, restaurants, bars and clubs turn day into night and make this district an ideal place to stay in Berlin. The flat is located on the ground floor of a historical Berlin building from 1900 and is quite bright on sunny days. I am the owner of the flat, which was completely renovated and refurbished two years ago. It has a spacious entrance hall, a modern and functional kitchen (no cooker or oven allowed), two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. Each room has central heating and bright and airy double windows. A completely new room with modern, designer furniture is rented. A double bed with a high, comfortable mattress, designer bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, an iron, a fire extinguisher, an emergency kit, a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner, an armchair for relaxing and a wall-mounted swivel TV with Netflix at your disposal. And, of course, wifi connection. To reach the bathroom, you still have to cross the living room and the entrance hall, but it is for the exclusive use of the guest(s). The living room separates my room from yours and the doors have keys for privacy. I have a private bathroom in my room and as a result a good level of privacy is maintained.
