Beautiful place to stay. The room is clean, comfy and complete with amenities. With and overlooking view and an outdoor pool. Also, the owner is very accommodating and helpful.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. Very responsive when i ask something. 5 star for being a host. Room was very tidy and updated. Feel at home to stay. Peaceful and safe place. Near in restaurant and mall. 100% highly recommended ☺️👍

We booked for nearly a month and were fully satisfied. Host was kind, always available and gave us a ride from and to the bus terminal. The residency is pretty new and fits the description. The staff (security guards, technicians) was friendly and always helpful. The neighbours were quiet. However, the only downside is the nearby mall were there could be public karaoke on weekends, which was audible in the apartment. But since this is under no influence of the host, I'm still happy to recommend this place if you are looking for a great stay in Naga City!
