Think 3pm check in is far too late I emailed Simon twice , re taking milk , tea, etc , he didn’t reply, Lounge window draughty, Couldn’t get into the side gated car park, at the apartment front entrance had to put in the gate code walk in , then the door code and ask man at reception how we get into the car park he came outside ( it was slinging it down ) and let us in at the car park gate , when returning our apartment key , on wall near reception there’s a key return box , reception said we don’t put key in there , we had to post key back where we got it from , we weren’t told this, The apartment was clean and tidy , good location,
