This is one of the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in. The Host was very communicative & listed everything very well. The houses were super clean & had everything labeled to make it easy to find things. Definitely felt private & away from anything, while still being close to everything. The parking is perfect allowing for gated car protection & multiple cars to be able to park. Would definitely stay there again. Having 2 houses on 1 property is the perfect place for a group to visit Houston everyone has a room & their own space. Not like other places when there are 3 beds in 1 room. that was a major plus for me with adult privacy!Thank you again, I really appreciate it!!

In one word "PERFECT"
This was THE best stay! They pride themselves in a 5 Star stay and that is exactly what I got all around! First off, Nicole and her mom are amazing hosts. They communicated with us often and were very hospitable. As things came up they were there virtually and physically when needed! Their instructions and house manual were thorough and really covered all the bases! The houses are EVERYTHING! They were SOOO clean and stocked with everything that we could possibly need. The design and decor of this space sold it for me! They exceeded my expectations from the pictures. It wasn’t the average Airbnb. Had much more of a home feel! Every single room was decorated beautifully and you can tell much thought went into putting this place together before deciding to rent it out. Kudos to Nicole & Vivian & thanks so much for hosting my family! I would definitely stay here again and again!
Houston has a LOT to choose from for lodging. If you are looking for a spot with access to the metro rail to downtown (within walking distance), very responsive shared ride services, and a near perfect accommodations for a large group - select this one! I travel quite a bit and "hands down" this airbnb is the best stay ever. Everything is labeled, the televisions work, oh so comfy mattresses, the modern lighting, backyard chill spot, the extra goodies (snacks, hot beverages, hygiene products, etc.) are a nice touch. Nicole is very much available and works to make your stay comfortable and ideal. She had recommendations for vegan/vegetarian cuisine too. Being located between TSU and UH was very convenient for any university meetings or tours too. Don't sleep on this housing -- well, let's change that to DO sleep in this housing. Strong recommendation!
