Had a great stay at Ray’s place. Had everything that I needed and felt right at home. There is a beautiful trail in the neighborhood where I would take my dog on daily walks. Loved my stay would definitely book again next time I’m in Raleigh!
Ray is a fantastic communicator and for us, access to the Greenway and proximity to our son's house were very important. Ray's place worked well for us.
Cute spot close to all amenities of Raleigh. A little busy road behind and neighbors A little loud but fine for adults just need sound machine for young children. Great host and nice amenities-soap, snacks, coffee!
Great place, glad I chose it.
We stayed at Ray's place for almost 2 months after relocating to Raleigh (we actually planned to only stay a month and then extended to stay another month). From the beginning, Ray was a great host, very friendly and communicative. The place is in a central location and close to all amenities. The townhouse was stocked with everything needed, the only thing we really had to bring to settle in was our cloths and food. The beds were great (memory foam) and we're now looking at purchasing one ourselves. Ceiling and upright fans were located in both bedrooms, we used the upright fan at night for white noise. The neighbors were friendly and pretty much kept to themselves. I will recommend Ray's place if we have family or friends needing an AirBnB in Raleigh.

Quiet working class neighborhood where people stay to themselves
Just off the Louisburg Rd exit if NC 540, you can get on the highway in 2 minutes. NC540 is a loop around Raleigh from the NE to the SW with exits to hop off in between. Louisburg also feeds into Capital Blvd (US1), which leads into downtown Raleigh. Capital also exits onto NC440, known as “The Beltline” which people use access places like North Hills, NC State University, and much more
